Individual therapy
You may be feeling anxious, questioning your identity, weighed down by past experiences or disconnected from yourself or others. Individual therapy offers a safe place to explore what’s happening with curiosity and compassion.

Medicare rebates are available for individual sessions with a GP referral (Mental Health Care Plan).

Relationship Therapy
Relationships can bring joy and intimacy, but also confusion or recurring conflict. Relationship therapy uses attachment-based approaches to uncover needs within and between partners, creating space for deeper understanding and connection.
